Periods: Making it stop, go faster or just not bleed for a while?
Question Posted Thursday October 7 2010, 10:09 pm
It's thursday and I'm gonna be with my boyfriend on Saturday and we're planning on having intercourse. We already have condoms and everything we need BUT I just started my period. Mine usually last 4 days which means I'd still be on it Saturday. Is there any ways to make it end faster or not bleed for a while? Exercising? Lots of water? I'm not sure what else. I can't go out and but anything at the moment so any tips will be nice :) and any little tricks during my time with y boyfriend would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Wishuponastar13 answered Saturday October 9 2010, 12:07 pm: Don't drink anything cold. I always drink tons of hot tea and stay warm because it helps circulation. Also, exercise like you said helps and also I know this sounds strange but try to eat as healthy as possible. Only vegetables and fruits. Kind of like a detox. I have no idea why this works but I have three friends who have noticed there is a correlation between what we eat and how long our periods last. If your period is still not over on Saturday try douching. Sometimes it can temporarily stop your period. Unfortunately, to be honest, if your period normally lasts four days, I think the most you'll be able to cut it down to is three days. Good luck! Hope this helped. x [ Wishuponastar13's advice column | Ask Wishuponastar13 A Question ]
