Best cell phone for a teen in your opinion
I'm 15 and my mom said she wants to buy me a cell phone so if I'm out with my friends and something happens I can call for her or somebody for help. She has great points because of where we live isn't the best place. Anyway, she told me I needed to do a little research online and figure out what a good phone teens have now a days that is reliable and does all these stuff it needs to do. In YOUR opinion what do you think a good cell phone is?

Look into Straight Talk. Prepaid phone that uses Verizon (should have bars just about everywhere) and costs forty five a month for unlimited everything. The phones are 50-200 and the plan can be bought on a card from Wal Mart, making it impossible for them to ever charge you late fees or anything else. You don't pay, your phone dies until you do. But the unlimited everything makes it an awesome deal.

A good phone is any phone that works to make calls/texts really. I have the Env Touch and i'm 15 and a guy btw, and i love it but i do wish i had a Droid X or one of the smartphones that are on tv 24/7 but really i don't care. The env touch has a full keyboard and is a touchscreen too. It gets the job done but sometimes can be a really stupid phone. It depends on what your family can afford i have unlimited texting and get like 300 min and i don't even use like 30min on my phone. So its almost pointless for me to have the min but my parents have it on anyways
