bad pains in my head Hey, last saturday i woke up with this really bad pain above my left eye kinda surrouding the eye kinda like pressure. As the week has gone by the pain is getting worse and worse. Today it started getting to the point where i couldnt keep my head up it was getting so bad. It feels like a knife keeps stabbing above my eye. I was sitting in the back of class and leaned my head against the wall and taped it kinda and it didnt hurt where it hit but when it hit all i could feel was the area where this pain is. Everything else wasnt bothered. When i got home today the last couple hours ive been getting dizzy and out of it. It seemed at first like a sinus infection but i never got dizzy or anything this bad with a sinus infection. Anyone have any ideas? if it doesnt get better soon i gotta go to the er i think. im 17 and male by the way

You need to go talk to your doctor and see about an X-Ray or a CT Scan because my co-worker was complaining about bad headaches that came out of no where like you said, and she ended up having brain cancer. Im NOT saying you have brain cancer, i'm just saying you might want to get that ruled out just in case ]
You should go to the Emergency Room right away.
When head pain lasts for more than 2 days then it's usually pretty serious. You could have internal bleeding. You could have a tumor. You could have a blockage. This could be an early sign of an early stroke (yes, at 17 you can have a stroke; my cousin had almost 20 of them, starting when he was 13).
When your body feels pain like this it's trying to tell you that something is not right. Listen to it. Get emergency medical assistance right now. If it turns out to be absolutely nothing then you'll be lucky. If it turns out to be the early signs of something more serious then you're going to be thankfully you handled it this soon.
Get checked out. Something is seriously wrong. ]
