What would be gender neutral ballet flats that a man could wear everyday?

First, you should totally check out eBay for ballet flats for men because there are a GREAT selection that you might be interested in:

The Hollywould brand also has recently come out with a whole line of ballet flats for men you might want to check out.

Your best bet is to just shop for ballet flats in neutral tones like blues, blacks, greens, and browns or tans. Most are just not labeled as unisex or men's yet so you might have to shop in the women's sections of stores or sites for awhile until they get onto this new trend.

Etsy might be a good place to shop though, as stores do have ballet flats handmade for men like this store:
