Personally, I would go the natural method to help your skin heal up from the scars since you already have sensitive skin. While you could use the over the counter creams I'm just not sure about what it might do to sensitive facial skin.

Vitamin E capsules can be broken and applied directly to the skin to help it repair and renew. There is also a liquid version you can get.

And lanolin can be bought in the baby care section for breastfeeding mothers. It sounds insane but this stuff really does wonders for making your skin all soft and smooth on your face. I've been using it on my dry areas and man you can really see a difference in the health of the skin.

You can also take vitamins and something called MSM to help you body renew skin cells quicker and more efficiently.

Steam can also help the cells get enough moisture in addition to drinking a lot of water. You can just heat a pot of water on the stove and then pull it off and let the steam go on your face for a few minutes. It helps the skin to be more supple.

If you don't want to go the natural path then I really recommend you seeing a dermatologist before diving in and purchasing something. The last thing you want to do is burn your sensitive facial skin by using a product that is too hard, harsh, or strong for you.
