This month I don't have cramps during my period is that OK?
Question Posted Wednesday September 22 2010, 6:34 am
Usually I have really bad menstrual cramps during my period as soon as it starts. I'm 21 now and have had my period since I was 11 so this is pretty usual. This month I don't have any cramps whatsoever. It's pretty terrific to have no cramps :) BUT I am curious if this is alright/safe/okay or what? It's not "normal" for me so I'm not sure if I should be worried or concerned over the no cramping during my period? Does not cramping during your period mean anything?
rvshawnee answered Wednesday September 22 2010, 11:35 am: Normally it does not mean anything. Have you been excersizing alot lately? Because that might be why. And even if its not you probably have nothing to worry about. If you get really worried or theres a change in your actual period you should go to the doctor.
