Why is the yellow part of the egg bad to eat? My mom is doing this diet where she doesn't eat the yellow parts of eggs in the morning. I THINK they're called yolk or yok or yoke. Something like that. So, she doesn't eat those because she said they're unhealthy. Why is it bad to eat that yellow part of the egg? How is that unhealthy?
