My mom is doing this diet where she doesn't eat the yellow parts of eggs in the morning. I THINK they're called yolk or yok or yoke. Something like that. So, she doesn't eat those because she said they're unhealthy. Why is it bad to eat that yellow part of the egg? How is that unhealthy?
Cholesterol is natures bandaid that forms around a tear in the arteries of the heart. Without it, the arteries would leak. The problem comes when people who have a tear in the artery do not address the tear. The cholesterol builds up around the tear and then clog the artery. Therefore, people assume cholesterol is bad because it causes clogged arteries. Instead, they should address the tear in the artery. [ Smartone's advice column | Ask Smartone A Question ]

It makes sense for someone to do who is trying to lower their trying to lower their Low Density Cholesterol and avoid coronary artery disease.
In general, eggs are considered a good food because there it is a lot of protein to the amount of cholesterol. [ bliz's advice column | Ask bliz A Question ]
