Can tiny shards of a broken cell phone screen get into the skin
Question Posted Monday September 20 2010, 10:19 pm
I fell on my cell phone landing with my elbow bent, cracking the screen. A few days later, my elbow began to hurt worse than when it happened and now my entire arm is tingly all over. I thought it was from the fall, but could tiny particle of the screen have somehow seeped into my skin?
BUT, that being said, considering it was your elbow you hit, you MOST LIKELY pinched your "funny bone" (not a bone at all, but a nerve), which will cause tingling and/or numbness in your arm and/or hand until it heals. [ Ersted's advice column | Ask Ersted A Question ]
