You should definatley e-mail them first , before anything , if you call they will either ask who it is , or get security or something, or they can be really nice and stay on the phone with you. Also , first just go and find out the name and then e-mail them , and then call them , so they are familiar with who you are. My advice to you is go and e-mail them first and see what happens , from there , call them. You should do it , you got a great chance!

if you want to contact them, try mail first. its a little less intrusive and gives them time to reply. if you have the number directly to the celebrity i see no problem in calling as long as you don't act inappropriately.
