It works like this. Monday - Friday you follow the three "S's"
- No Snacks (3 meals a day, that's all)
- No Seconds (Take whatever you're going to eat for the meal, and eat only that, NO extra)
- No Sweets (No desserts after your breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Except on Saturday & Sunday you can break those 3 rules.
So you can only do the "S's" On the "S" days of the week!
It's really simple, plus jog for 10 minutes each day except Saturday and Sunday and you'll lose pounds even faster!

You have to incorporate exercise into your daily activities. That and a balanced diet will give you the best results.
The best way is to lower your calorie intake. I can't tell you how much because it depends on your age and how much you already comsume.
I got toned and lost weight by completely cutting out junk food. You don't realize how much of it you eat until you don't anymore. I still ate a little here and there, but I did no more of the snacks or the handful of this food because I'm passing by the kitchen. It really helps!
But as much as you work of your diet you won't get anywhere unless you exercise. It will burn off the fat that you want to get rid of.
Peeps answered Tuesday August 24 2010, 8:26 am: The way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise more than you eat. This means burning off more calories than you consume.
With this idea, you can eat absolutely anything you want as long as you exercise plenty.
Before I moved I joined Curves for Women. I ate chocolate ice cream every single night and lose over 20 inches in 3 months. Just exercising! I did absolutely no dieting.
Look at what you eat and try to mimic the food pyramid. Then exercise. Run, walk, jog, or whatever it is that you love to do. Play sports every evening. Ride you bike. Whatever.

The average woman needs to consume about 1,500 calories a day. Eat lots of "natural" foods like fruits and vegetables to help you fill fuller without all of the added junk and calories.
