How can I convert my Pdf file? I have a full scanned book pages in which I have to make some changes for my new publication. From where I can do this?

The thing to understand is that the technology you require is called OCR, or: Optical Character Recognition.
This uses high level math to look at an picture of text and turn it into editable text.
There are many OCR programs out there, but the two that seem the best are:
Abbyy FineReader:

Omnipage is also a fine product that many people use:

... I am unaware of a trial download for Omnipage, sorry.
Both of these can be bought for a discount on other sites such as eBay or Amazon.
OCR success really depends on your scans and source pages just as much as the software.
It is very important that if you use one of these programs and still have trouble, you re-scan your pages from the OCR software for better quality.
