The condom broke... I was on my period but could I still be pregnant?
ok! so my boyfriend and i were having sex while i was on my period.. and the condom broke, but he pulled out and he said he pre-ejaculated before he went inside of me, so my question is even if he did ejaculate in me, since i was on my period and it was heavy that night.. could i still get pregnent?

Go to your doctor. If it's within 5 days a doctor can prescribe a strong morning after pill for you.
You'll want to ignore this advice because it's embarrassing. Take it.
Just to bring this home a bit... I got pregnant whilst taking the pill and using a condom (which didn't break).
It's not worth the risk, and the sooner you act, the more effective whatever action you take will be.
It is unlikely, so I don't wanna overly scare you - but my situations near unheard of. The unlikely happens every day.
