Yep, it's from 'Despicable Me'. The youngest girl is obsessed with unicorns and goes crazy when the guy gets her a stuffed unicorn, thus yelling 'IT'S SO FLUFFY!' haha.

If I had to hazard a guess, it would be a quote from the movie "Despicable Me". I say this because my fiance and I keep saying it :)

There's a scene where the youngest girl wants a fluffy unicorn from a carnival game, and he gets it for her. When she's got it, she shouts "It's SO FLUFFY!" and it's adorable.
