Thank you soo much hunn .
but :( they told me i had to wait a lil bit longer which i dont know why.
this really does susk because i was so happy about getting the job :(
right now am working at the city hall but thats only a job for the summer. its going to end next week :( i need a job to pay for everything of my senior year. the bad thing is that there are not alot of jobs availabe out there. i think hehe, but hopefully i find a good one. right now am working at the city hall, selling overflow trash bags and as a receptioist. i think this is good if i put on a job resume dont you think? ughh i dont even know what to do anymore :(
And if they're telling you to wait, ask for what date they want you to start. Chances are you're replacing someone leaving for college, and they got some training out of the way sooner (it's a pain to do training because you have to schedule an extra person, etc etc)
But never leave anything off of a resume - volunteer work is also good, especially as a younger worker who doesn't have twenty years experience. Also, to even HAVE a resume is impressive; when I applied for my job I was the only kid who supplied one, and they were like, WOAH. that's skilled :] [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
