ahh well done! what tema are you on? level 4 is a great achievement.
as a cheer coach myself i can give you a few tips.

you will genrally have a bad leg. everyone has a lege they are better on, be it through balance or flexibility.
we always tell our athletes to get a skill on both legs before they come and tell us that they "have got their scorpion" cus only then will they fly it.

anyway! tips on how to get it better. front and side kicks/leg rasies whatever you want to call them. (do this in your astretching routine at home.) it is good for tick tock practice, because it is a fast and jerky movement. like you would be doing in a tick tock. it gets you used to moveing to the different postitions.

practice your spllits. splits help the leg that goes up. so left leg splits would be ideal when you stand on your right leg because the left leg goes up. and vice versa. maybe practice your over splits on the hell stretch you have already got.

now practise your heel strech standing, try first by grabbing your foot and pullingit, and then kicking it up and catching it.

now to get it better you need to sit down with your back against a wall with your leg out infront
so you should be sitting like this |_
from here lift the leg you want to strech and hold it with you hands and pull it. this makes your heel stretch good becqause your only working on flexibility and not so much balance as well, ive seen so many flyer on other teams fail and fall because there coaches are asking them to be flexbile AND balance high in the air at the same time!
so when your stretching your leg you should look like this |/_ you should stretch oth legs. again one eleg may be better than the other.. its fine. totaly normal!

once youve got all this. you can then practice it on the ground. ticktocking to the heel strech. as your not in a stunt you have to switch FAST. if you get used to this speed and doo it in the air it will give your bases more time to switch as well. so everyone benefits.

right so thats all my stretching tips. good luck at your first competition. oh one last thing.. remember to warm up before you stretch! otherwise you could hurt yourself! as you need the blood to circulate your body before you strech. and for your muscles to be warm! so ALWAYS warm up first. even if its just a couple of star jumps and maybe a dance. and that. if you dont warm up before strtching there is really not much point stretching.
AND practice. no one ever got good at anything by only doing it once. also remember to hold your stretches for at least ten seconds and to breathe when stretching!
