They tell us that most of us are wearing the wonr sized bra. Good department stores will have weeks when they feature bra fittings and they make sure to have trained bra fitters there. Go speak only to t he bra fitter, learn your proper size, and buy one bra there - you can probably buy less expensive bras elsewhere.
For charting, use a small calander and record our periods - when they start and stop. Also chart when your breasts are painful. It's possible that they may be hurting the week or so before your period.
If that still doesn't help or give you a clue, you at least have a couple of months of infor to help your obgyn out.
