I like this guy but i don't know if he like's me. Everyone thinks it's wrong for me to think this way. He stares at me and i laugh i stare at him he laughs. I tried calling but he won't pick up. What do i do. I'm afraid he'll make fun of me or think it's weird.

Wait for him to approach you. Guys don't like girls that call and bug them a lot or are always the one to initiate a conversation. He will eventually let you know how he feels if he likes you.
