Hey, I'm a little confused about this... It's never happened before. The past few days when I'm laying down, or about to(like in the process of laying down, around the halfway point) I've been getting this weird falling sensation. It's actually kind of extreme, and feels like I'm falling a long distance at maximum velocity.
What could this be? Could it just be because I've been exhausted? Thanks.

I was soaking wet with sweat, my face was beet red, and I thought I'd pass out. But my b/f came to retrieve me and he looked at this soggy mess *me* and was very concerned. I went home, showered, then laid down in bed and whoooooooooooosh.........I was falling falling falling. Heat Exhaustion.
The only other times I;ve felt that is when I had a concussion and one time when I was hypnotised. Weirdest feeling in the world!
Exhaustion is, well, exhausting, so I think your body was just reacting to that. IF IT CONTINUES....... go check w/your doc. It's not normal, but don't think it's horrible in any way.

Get some water/gatorade in your system and if you aren't starting to feel better maybe ask a doctor? It could partly be exhaustion, but I'd lean towards dehydration, just from my experience.
