atreyu pronunciation

Question Posted Monday August 2 2010, 5:40 pm

I just heard this great music by a band called Atreyu. (I know, I'm a little behind on the times haha) I'd LOVE to tell my friends and boyfriend about it in case they haven't heard it before because they're into the same sort of music. I don't want to sound like an idiot if I say it wrong though. How do you pronounce "Atreyu" correctly? Thanks.

The name of the band comes from the movie The Neverending Story. It's the name of the hero in the movie. Partway through this clip, the dog/dragon thing says his name.
