Dieting: I BINGED!!!! What do I do now? Ive been amazing on a really strict diet for a week. i lost 3 pounds and i ate so well NOTHING JUNK OR ANYTHIGN BAD . iw as extremly strict.
that is until this weekend we smoked and i had the munchies so i ate SO MUCH.
what can i do to cancel out my munchie attack? should i fast for a day or two? i was so good and i need to loose ten pounds what should i do?
im so upset!!!

You really don't want to fast, as when you stop, you'll go on a mega crazy binge, munchies or not. I say you just eat healthy food? Like, during the munchies, you dont actually feel hungry, food just tastes better, so therefore you can have fruit, or other healthy food? Hope i helped:) ]
