I relapsed and I could use some help I'm bulimic and tonight I just relapsed after 2 months of sobriety. I feel really down and I'm really just looking for motivating and inspiring words to get me back on track and to stop feeling like such shit. Anything will help.
Thanks in advance.

The fact that you're admitting your problem is a huge step. Have you sought help from a parent or from a trusted friend or maybe a professional? It would make your ordeal easier (not that it ever will be EASY) to have someone to confide in that won't judge you.
Things will get better.

hun it's ok. but being bulimic is really bad for you as you already know.. you are beautiful the way you are and curves are what make women beautiful:) please just try your best to feel better about yourself and start your sobriety again. ]
no one can expect anyone to stop something straight awa if its a habit they have had. so ofcourse your gonna get a bit of a relapse. most smoker have the same thing.
you need to ask yourself what made you feel you needed to and tackle that.
dont be scared. we all have downers. but look for the positivity in your statement. youvve lasted to months. thats a milestone. keep it up. no one ever got anywhere without trying. you can do it ]
Every journey has hills and valleys. You are recovering from bulimia. That doesn't mean you have BEAT it already. Of course you are going to have times when you mess up and make bad choices. But that's what you did tonight. That doesn't mean that you have to do the same thing tomorrow. Tomorrow is a new day and you get to decide who you want to be all over again. Don't let one bad night trick you into thinking all is lost. Just let it be one bad night. Let tomorrow be a new day with new choices. Forgive yourself. You are fighting a vicious and tiring battle, one most people will never know themselves. You are in a war. You are going to take some hits, but the fact that you're even fighting in the first place says a lot about your personal strength and character. Forgive yourself. Enjoy your new day, with the new you. Good luck! You can do this! ]
