Other than the gym

I've always tried to go to the gym five times a week but it can get a little boring sometimes u know. I hate exercising in the same place and doing the same things. I just wanted to know if you can recommend any exercises that I can do at home that will get the cardio pumping without the treadmill. Thanks. I don't want to do weights at home because that's what I pay a gym membership for. However, I do use a articular weight for my arms not to bulk them up. I just need a routine like maybe squats or something

If you dont like exercising in the same place try doing sprints or running stairs outside. These are great full body workouts that only need to be done at most 3 times per week. If you want something that you can do at home I recommend you reading this article as it has a great workout routine that can be done at home in under 20 minutes with not weights.

always remember to keep your body guessing try alesha dixons workout 20 minutes of cardio then 20 minutes work on your stomach and pelvic floor muscles then another 20 minutes of cardio.

i know wxactly what you meani get bored to. i lost 50 pounds in 6 months doing taebo. i was 280 pounds the weight falls off so fast and you sweat like crazy.TRUST ME try it. the dvd's are pretty are a good price. you can find the on amozon. i was so lazy. i never worked out never i was very lazy i don't know what size you are but if i can get my big ass up so can you. another fun workout with cool music that like danceing is turbo jam IT WORKS.
