I've always tried to go to the gym five times a week but it can get a little boring sometimes u know. I hate exercising in the same place and doing the same things. I just wanted to know if you can recommend any exercises that I can do at home that will get the cardio pumping without the treadmill. Thanks. I don't want to do weights at home because that's what I pay a gym membership for. However, I do use a articular weight for my arms not to bulk them up. I just need a routine like maybe squats or something

These are great full body workouts that only need to be done at most 3 times per week. If you want something that you can do at home I recommend you reading this article as it has a great workout routine that can be done at home in under 20 minutes with not weights.
