i am 25 female doctor..but i have no job right now..my problem is that i feel too much lazy..i waste too much time,i think about studying & doing so many other things but i only think & practically i do nothing.thats y i hv gained much weight...so help me how can i b active..thanks

HeadBang4Jesus answered Wednesday July 14 2010, 5:55 pm: Get out of the house and do something! find a hobby that you can do by yourself or with your friends. find a part time job to get you off your feet. somthing simple like dog walking or a part time job at the library. make a to do list of all the things that your thinking about doing and do them. start out with small goals and work your way up to bigger ones, rewarding yourself everytime you accomplish something... no matter how small it is! if your unhappy with your new body because of the weight you have put on, try excercising with a group of frinds that will motivate you and help you reach your goal. if things don't get better, maybe its time to see a pro?
