Get out of the house and do something! find a hobby that you can do by yourself or with your friends. find a part time job to get you off your feet. somthing simple like dog walking or a part time job at the library. make a to do list of all the things that your thinking about doing and do them. start out with small goals and work your way up to bigger ones, rewarding yourself everytime you accomplish something... no matter how small it is! if your unhappy with your new body because of the weight you have put on, try excercising with a group of frinds that will motivate you and help you reach your goal. if things don't get better, maybe its time to see a pro?
i hope this helped you!
Blessings! ]
Go out and do things, a morning walk 5 days a week is a good start. if you feel your gaining weight then eat less. go on a controlled diet. If you're really a doctor then you probally know alot more about health then i do. ]
