JPEGs are only really good for photos...as in digital camera pictures.

I prefer Photoshop, but if you don't have that program, and all you need on the document are pictures and some photos, you could always try Microsoft Word. When you open the pictures you wish to use, be sure to hit the option "wrap text" so you have flexibility with where the photo is.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve, or why you need an rtf., but the best, most high quality format is PDF (Portable Document Format) so if you see that option while saving in Paint, Photoshop (also known as a Photoshop PDF), etc. choose that!

Hope that helps.

You cannot edit the texts on the images like that. You would need an image editor, such as Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET, Photoscape, etc.

For a beginner who had never edit an image before, I suggest you try out Photoscape or Paint.NET if you wish to accomplish this, because both of them are fairly simple to use, and probably won't take more than about 15 minutes to learn your ways around.

Photoscape: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Paint.NET: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

If you find this to be too troublesome, you can send the JPEG image to me and I will edit it for you. You can contact me using my email (found on my profile) or Skype (my Skype username is ThirdQED). The program that I would use is GIMP ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ), by the way.
