be yourself. Trust me. If you dont want to do that, try creating an alias. An alias that has an awesome personality. Like, a little bit of everything. Then, convince yourself that that is who you really are. Once you feel good about yourself, you'll be more comfortable to maybe ask someone out.

If you want a girl to like you, first you have to recognize that you're doing something wrong. Are you too nice? Girls HATE guys that are too nice. Now, don't misinterpret me. I'm not saying you should be rude to girls. However, you seem desperate. Girls run away from guys that reek of desperation and that follow them like puppies, begging them for a date.
Pick up lines and cheesy compliments don't work. They make you wound unnatural and rehearsed. Be yourself.
Don't shower a girl you don't know very well with lavish gifts and compliments.
It's NOT attractive.
Get a haircut or buy yourself some new clothes. It might raise your self-esteem. Girls LOVE guys with self-confidence.
You can't force girls to like you either. If no one wants to date you, no one wants to date you. Unless you want to take the steps to fix your behavior, you won't get any girls.

Maybe you're aiming too high. It sounds harsh, but its reality im afraid. And like, you cant force someone to love you, it either happens or it doesnt. I personally don't believe in love, but if it does exist, then surely, you will somehow meet your dream partner when ready? :)
