shelbylynnwalker answered Monday July 5 2010, 10:08 pm: It will help you tan but only temp. your skin has to be moisturized to tan but baby oil contains mineral oils and alcohol which in no time will dry your skin and leave your tan blotchy and flaky.i dont recommend it. baby oil can also break your skin out. you can try getting a tanning lotion, with bronzer in it. i do that, and it works really well. but i think it depends on how well you tan, and how fast too.
