Honey is great for blackheads, and is also anti microbial.
Proactiv is a fantastic product to use if you want to clear stubborn acne fast.
With Skin ID you can customize your own acne products for your specific acne and skin type.

i'd look for something that get's rid of blackheads, but also has salicylic acid in it, for acne. neutrogena makes really good products. if you want to spend the money, proactiv's great! it works just as good as it says in the commercials. the only problem i had with it was that it seemed like i built an immunity up to it. it stopped working after a while. but for right now i'd just try a face wash with blackhead remover and salicylic acid. :)
