Moved out of school district boundary...

Question Posted Friday June 25 2010, 11:26 pm

How do you fight so you can stay in the school district you've been going to your whole life? I moved before my senior year, which starts in Sept. (NY resident)...is their a way I can try to stay?? I already wrote a letter to my principal explaining my situation. I will be delivering it to her soon. Please help. I've been so stressed out about this..I understand if you want to stay you have to pay around $-9,000 to $12,000 a year..but im poor :/, I really don't want to have to leave my senior year..

Use a relative's adress, if they live in the district. If you have cousin or uncle etc. They will get your report card and stuff.
