This song is STUCK in my head. What is it?

The other day I heard a song & I have no idea what the name of it is, or who sings it.

At the beginning there's just alot of tongue clicking, then it goes woooooooooooooooooooooooop woop, or something like that. I don't think it has any words.

Hope that was a good enough description. Lol.
