need to get a new job
so i have been working at a daycare for about 2 years but it does not have health insurance and my health insurance is gonna run out by this year i need to get a new job that does have health insurance but i dont really have and other job experience other then there any ideas for jobs i could apply also i want to give them two weeks notice should i use them as a reference for job expperience for when i apply for other places will the places i apply call them i dont want to seem like the bad guy to them...any advice....they have always been really good to me while i have been working there given me the days off when i need them even if it was last minute!

Ask them if they can help you with health insurance if they cant ask if they can help you but being a reference and then i suggest working at another day care centre there has to be one out there that has health insurance available or become a preschool teacher or work at a store or something trust me you will get a job even with no experience because you have to start somewhere in order to get experence just apply everywhere you can.
