i need a digital photo album maker program that can be burned into a cd..

You don't necessarily need a photo album maker to do that. I'm pretty sure you can use "Adobe Photoshop Album." (not to be confused with "Adobe Photoshop") But I haven't used that program before. You can download it at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

What you could do is put all of the photos you want into a folder, and in whatever CD burning program you use, make a Data CD and drag and drop the folder. A CD can hold a lot of photos (700 MB), but if you have a DVD burner, burn them onto a DVD, as they can hold significantly more (4.7 GB).
