i'm 16/f
i gained a little extra weight this winter, since i wasnt outside and wasnt active, and i'd like to easily and quickly lose that weight. my mom has some diet pills called relacore(sp?). would it be bad for me to take those at my age? what are the side effects if i did?
dearcandore answered Wednesday June 9 2010, 3:24 am: Those pills aren't good for you. They raise your heart rate and can cause complications with your heart. I tried taking them once and it just messed up my body. You're young. The best way to lose weight is to eat a little less and exercise more. 2 pounds a week is a realistic goal. At your age you'll lose that weight in no time. Good luck. [ dearcandore's advice column | Ask dearcandore A Question ]
