I'm 15, but this might help :) Joke with him, be sarcastic in a funny way, look at him, but then glance away quickly and giggle, or "accidentally" brush his hand with yours while talking. These are just a few tidbits to help ya out. Good luck :)

wow..... ok , i am thirteen too so this shouldn't be too hard to explain to you. ok, talk to him look him in the eyes.... try and start conversation. Try and write him like little notes. Don't be afraid to tell him that you like him. I mean you should find out if he likes you. Stare at him occasionally have fun with it.
