they have nothing better to do and they want to make themselves look more angelic like. gossiping is a sin that people don't realize they commit so anytime someone starts to gossip and talk bad someone else you should exit because even if you just stay they and listen it makes you just as guilty as them.....

The people who talk shit about others do it because by saying horrible things about another makes them feel better about themselves. These people have extremely low self esteem and actually think very low of themselves. Putting others down somehow puts themselves up! It's like physics, as you push down you raise yourself.
People who feel good about themselves, people who like themselves have no reason to gossip do they?
