Which type of crest white strips is the best? They seem to come out with a new kind very frequently.

Personal experience is preferred :)

I tried the pro ones a while back and they made almost no difference.

I've been using the 3D crest white strips and my teeth are definitley whiter than before. They come with 20 strips(both top and bottom, so technically 40) and you can see a difference in 3 days.
