so sad but wanting to be hopeful!
my boyfriend broke up with me about 3 weeks ago. We recently started talking and hanging out a little bit.We hungout like three days during the school week but we didnt even speak the whole weekend.The times we hungout ,we had fun and had a good time. I just really want to get back together with him ,but he said he needed time. Do some guys really actually need time or do they just say that? I obviously don't want to wait my whole life for him to come back.What key things should i say? Ive never went through this before : (

Well, we don't actually know if he meant it or not. I mean, all guys are different so he could just be saying that as an excuse or he could actually mean it. Give him time though, but don't wait around. Like if he wants to talk to you about it again, then let it come, if he doesn't don't be the one waiting by the phone and thinking about only him forever. You know what I mean. Find some stuff to do while he is gone, hang out with friends. Enjoy being single for awhile till he is ready. Just don't let yourself wait forever.

I see this kind of problem happen a lot. In all honesty he probably said that time thing as an excuse to get away from the situation. What you need to do is find someone out there that you like more. I know it sounds tough and a little uncomfortable buts its the only way to get over a person. You may think no one will be as awesome as him but trust me you will find another person it always happens. Plus it sounds like your young, have fun and enjoy life. A relationship is not always necessary to have a good time.

Its really hard to say if he really just needs time or he is just saying it, because I don't know him. As for getting him back, the best thing for you to do is just give him the space that he is asking for. Don't crowd him, don't txt him constantly, don't pressure him to hang out with you, make him think that you are that upset about it. Guys hate it when a girl gets all obsessed with them once they break up, they just want their space. There is really nothing that you can to him to make him come back, he either really cares about you and will come back when he realizes what he is missing, or he doesn't. Nothing you do or say can change how he feels, you can't make someone love you.
If he doesn't realize how amazing you are then you deserve better, you are beautiful in your own way and if he doesn't see that then he isn't worht your time of day. Go find someone who really cares about you and wants to be with you.
