I wanna model... and i'm kinda short but i'm just right for modeling.. i'm skinny, and i'm not ugly, well, that's what people tell me and i really don;t wanna sound concieted. but anyways i have a little extra fat on my inner thighs because of my carbohydrate intake. my matabolism or however you spell it slowed down this year and i didn't realize it. i ate food as if there was nothing wrong and that i would forever have a fast digestive system. but now i am a 14 year old girl who has dreamed about modeling forever and now that my mom has got an agency for me, i instantly get fat.. like seriously? anyways.. do you know any excersizes for the inner thigh? would runing help? what types of foods should i eat? help asap before i get fattter..
Katlyn answered Thursday April 8 2010, 10:43 pm: You just need to get toned there so i would suggest running,eliptical bike and squats will help too as for the diet portion try cutting out fatty food and sugary food for a month and that should do it but you dont need to go on a crazy diet because you just toning you can still eat what you want and tone up if you want it will just take longer then just taking out sugary and fatty food.
