Just wondering; is it illegal to show or resend a picture of someone who sent you a "sexting" picture? I know it's illegal to even receive a picture of that sort if the person's under the age of 18, but if they're 18 or older, is it still okay to send the picture around or show it to others? It seems like it shouldn't be, but I'm not sure.
PunkieFreak4690 answered Thursday April 8 2010, 12:33 pm: If you're above age, sending bad pictures to another above-age, they're is no problem there. But, one of the reasons sexting is illegal in the first place is that, it can get into the hands of a minor; therefore, you can get in trouble.
