flossing also helps, and gets rid of the extra bacteria left behind in your mouth. but alot of different spices and foods can leave a [bad] lasting impression on your breath for a day or two such as garlic. stay awaaaay from garlic, far away from it hahaa. and onions.
also, drink lots of water. that always helps so that your mouth wont become dry which also causes bad breath. you can also eat bananas or apples. and you can take a metal [silver] spoon, turn it over so that you can scrape your tongue with it [not like scrape it so your tongue bleeds] and that will also help get rid of the bad breath germs and such. [make sure its clean before you use it and you thoroughly wash it aterwards !]
good luck ! hope i helped, and if you need anything else, feel free to inbox me, xxo :] [ itdependsonyoux3's advice column | Ask itdependsonyoux3 A Question ]
