can someone explain to me the difference of like a couple that is only going on dates and not together and one that is going out as in boyfriend girlfriend? i dont understand it, help?

The dating process is to get to know each other and figure out whether you connect, are compatible, and see it as a long term thing. If you find all those things to be true then you form a relationship where you are totally committed to each other and no one else. I guess thats what you call "going out" (bf/gf)
If you don't then you either decide to cut contact or become friends depending on the type of connection you each feel. [ leah87's advice column | Ask leah87 A Question ]
