Under my arms it looks like there is dirt or hair there or something. But I shave and wash there all the time. It's been like this for awhile. How do I get it to go away? I don't like to wear tank tops or anything because of this.

it has nothing to do with you being dirty or unshaven its just the way that the light never gets under there and the pigments react

i use the whitening deo. i do see a difference. but you have to understand, your underarms wont whiten fast. itll of course take time. so just be patient. if you want fast results, i recommend getting a peeling or a whitening at the derm clinics that have those services.
