Veggies What are some easy to prepare and not hard to find vegtables. I pack my lunch for school so need to keep them fresh for a four or five hours too.

Baby Carrot sticks are the simplest thing you can buy. Vitamin C!
Broccoli is also good. If you like to eat them raw. Calci-yumm.
Celery sticks. Low Carb and Low cal.
Cucumbers. Also low calorie.
Dip the above with some hummus and you got a tasty vegetable snack. ]
Easy question!! Apples, avacados, bananas, maybe even an orange or grapes if it's in the right container!! ]
Carrots, celery, and cucumbers you can cut them in stick form and eat them when your hungry at school and they will stay fresh for a long time too so you wont have to worry about them smelling or getting all gross either. ]
