There is no age limit to purchase contraceptive.
However if you are under the age of 16 you can usually obtain them free of charge from your doctor or sexual health adviser.
There may be clinics or youth programmes in your area which will also provide you with them.
Sometimes sexual health advisers may visit your school to teach and advise on the importance of being careful through sex and may provide you with contraceptive to take away with you.
Whatever age you are, it is important to be careful at all times and to be sure that you are ready physically and mentally for intercourse.

I don't think so. If there was I am sure they would have it over the counter and ask for ID. As far as I know I don't think there is an age limit.
