I have bumps on my penis. What are the bumps and how do I get rid of them?

Question Posted Saturday February 20 2010, 2:41 am

Hey, I am 16 years old and about 2 years ago I realized I have small bumps on the shaft of my penis. I have had sex before if that had anything to do with them. I dont know what it is and I am worried about it since the bumps are not going away or anything. There are a lot of them, really, but they are fairly small in size. If anyone knows anything about this PLEASE help me! How do I get rid of this? No girl is going to have sex with me when they see the bumps on my penis!
Thanx

No one on here can really tell you if you have an STD or not, but if you've had sex before, it doesn't hurt to get tested anyway.

It's not an STD, it's normal. I have them too. They've been around for years. They mean nothing, they don't provide any difference in feeling, and girls likely won't notice them. I just asked my girlfriend of 5 years, and she didn't even realize they were there...and she's seen my penis a pretty good amount of times.
