Question Posted Wednesday February 17 2010, 11:36 am
I'm 19 years old. I stole $34 worth of merchandise at a Walmart in Georgia. This is my first crime (other than traffic tickets). I am in college. I went to jail and I was bailed out 8 hours later. My court date is April 1st.
What can I expect to happen? I don't care if I have to do community service or probation. But I really don't want this to ruin my life or to have a misdemeanor on my record. Please help me out. :(

I don't know if the punishment is different for some one who isn't a minor. But they paid a fine, not a lot about ninety dollars, and had to attend a class for kleptos.
Hope this helps [ smileydino's advice column | Ask smileydino A Question ]
