I recommend the P100, because the quality of the L100 looks worse than my camera.
Tips: Zoom doesn't really tell you much about the camera, because some camera manufacturers gyp you and say that their zoom is far-range, but what they don't tell you is that the quality decreases as the closer you zoom (due to natural hand movement.) Determining on what you will be using it for and how much you want to spend will help you choose the right one. For example, the second one would be better if you were taking pictures of action scenes like in sports whereas the first one would be better if you were taking pictures of, say, people and flowers.
