this guy at my job that i really like
im female and 18, there is this one guy at my job that i really like and my friend told him that i thought he was cute and he told her i am pretty, so the same day, valentines day, he saw me go to where my friend was and he brought me a flower, and it was so sweet how he gave it to me, which made me like him even more. so, my friend told me today that he wanted to ask me out yesterday, but he was too nervous. how could i make it so he won't be so nervous around me and i wont be so nervous around him, so we will start dating, he is the sweetest guy that i have ever met, so i just dont know what to do because i like him a lot...thanks!!

I know that whenever I'm nervous about anything, I just breathe and laugh and smile. Breathing deeply relaxes you. Laughing takes your mind off the stress. and smiling is just the extra that makes everything so much better.
If you see that he's nervous, just laugh and be like "hey lighten up" and then smile.
also, do what the other person said. Exchange numbers and talk a little more. Maybe ask him to hang out? Don't ask him on a date yet because that's moving too fast. just ask casually like- hey what are you doing tonight (or any night)? and be like- well i've got no plans but maybe we could chill out or something after work? maybe grab a bite to eat?
just relax and enjoy the ride :)

A way for him to be more comfortable around you and for you two to get to know each other better is to talk to each other a little more. exchange phone numbers.. give him your number and tell him to call you or text which ever. that shows him your interested.
