You need to call the doctor who put you on this type of B.C. He/she needs to know that you're having never ending periods and discharge. It's a serious situation that warrants immediate action.
They'll see you immediately and work to correct it. I would tell your mother exactly what is happening and see a doctor immediately. They'll get you off of it but likely wait awhile before transferring you onto something else.
May I suggest something? Instead of pills ask them about NuvaRing. Once a month you slide it into your vagina and it releases the right amount of chemicals/hormones to prevent pregnancy. It may agree with you more.
Don't delay in seeing this doctor either as this can mess up your reproductive system if you let it go and besides who wants the problems you mentioned above to continue?
WAIT to begin any sexual activity until such times as this issue is handled by the doctor and you get an all clear. As for privacy find a room with a lock on the door or do so at your place rather than his. While it's not legal for people under 18 to have sex nobody can stop you but do be very, very careful.
Even though you don't want adults knowing that you both are sexually active you should tell them. You'll need their help with the birth control from hell situation and need to be 100% honest with any doctor they take you to. You definitely need medical help as this won't just go away as you have evidenced. ]
