HAUNTED!??!
ok so i have lived in my house for approx 3 months...with my best friend and my ex...nothing strange happened untill me and my ex broke up but since he has gone a LOT of things have happened unexplained....first off i was in the kitchen cooking and e have a counter island in the room..nothing was on the counter apart from a heavy set of keys...i turned around and these keys ent flying from the middle of the counter to the other side of the room...hit the wall and fell on the flor(it made a mark on the wall) i dont understand how they could of fell at all because its impossible for them to fall....it was like they had ben thron...2nd incident my friend came downstairs at approx 2am walked into the kitchen then into the lounge then back into the kitchen and the tap was on full blast and then their was a lot of banging in the kitchen....3rd incident we were both asleep in bed and we had weird noises like it was a person on the top of the stairs...when we went to check it out the bathroom door and the other bedroom door was wide open and they were definately closed before e ent to bed as i said to my friend lets close these doors because of the draft....anyway my brother has moved in with us no and since he has it has gotten orse..i was lying on the sofa as that was where i as sleeping and something smacked the side of the sofa really hard...then a glass fell off the table..the house is very steady near no roadworks or a main road so that couldnt have made it fall off...i went upstairs and got i bed with my friend and then e heard the weird noises again...it keeps getting worse and worse and we dont know how to stop it....we dont really want to mess with that kind of stuff but does anybody have any advice o what we could do??? we find it hard to sleep now with everything...please dont tell us were paranoid because our friends have seen things aswell...were not imagining it either...and it isnt our minds playing tricks on us....but should we get a priest here from a church down the road to bless the place?? or anything will do please help i want a good nights sleep!!

I am of the belief that someone who is living or has lived in the house was or is dabbling in the occult. I don't believe in "ghosts" in that they are disembodied spirits, but I do believe they are spirits, nevertheless. Demonic at that.
Do you own the house or are you renting? If you rent, I would move. If you own, find a strong evangelical church and speak to the pastor about it and ask him for help.
This is my opinion and I'm sure there are many others out there who would disagree.
Perhaps if you discuss this situation with the landlord, they will let you off the hook. Tell him you cannot continue to live in the house with so much frightening activity going on and you want to be released from your lease. Tell him if you knew this type of thing was going on in the first place, you would never have signed a rental agreement. Be firm. Tell him you want out and you want your deposit back. If you don't feel confident in confronting him, have a parent do it.

I think calling the church down the street is an excellent idea, also you may want to visit the TAPS website aka "GHOST HUNTERS" they are a legitimate organization who travel to places where they do research and see if a place is truly haunted, they have a show on the SY FY channel. They seem to be nice people. I would give it a try, the worst that could happen is that they decline. It sounds like you have a good case though! Good Luck! Todd the Gem Guy
