I'm not friends with these two girls I use to be. I still feel hatred at both of them, looking back at how they severely bullied me down and just back stabbed me. I know hate is not the answer, and I know I can and never will be even ever to look at either of them again. But is there a way to get it off my mind and find a state in not feeling "hate" towards them?
Trust me they didn't give a shit about bullying you then or the aftermath. As hard as that is to see that they don't care about you the hate justified or not that you still feel. They've moved on and that's WONDERFUL for you as they don't deserve your friendship or time.
They're still kicking your ass though mentally, emotionally, physically by you holding on to all that hate. Think of it this way it's like drinking an entire tub of liquid Draino and poisoning yourself every second you continue to hate.
Believe me it has that affect on your insides and health with worry, destructive thinking and ultimately ulcers and other things will show up health wise as hate destroys the person who is doing it if you allow it to.
I'm of the opinion that if you can't let go of this that you need psychiatric counseling to move forward as this after a while is no longer a normal way to be acting. Most people move on instantly or not soon after. This isn't a knock against you but you have to wake up and see where this outlook and state of being puts you and not them. Something's not right if you can't toss the hate, anger, worry, feeling ill etc by it. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]
